Keeping everyone safe at Lutheran Aged Care Albury

It’s important our residents feel safe and cared for throughout this time and we understand that mental wellbeing is a key part of this for our residents and their family members, so we encourage you to connect with your loved one as often as possible, in a COVID-19 safe manner.

Site screening

Everyone will be screened upon arrival and should be prepared to answer questions about their health, such as if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms recently as well as having your temperature taken. If you return a temperature higher than 37.5°C, you will be asked to leave and return when you are symptom free.

Please do not attempt to visit if you feel unwell or are displaying any symptoms.
