Each of our Albury retirement villages offers a secure community environment, with an affordable, comfortable retirement lifestyle. Set within Lutheran Aged Care, residents can access holistic care and support if required including Home Care or Residential aged care if needed. Having operated within the community for decades, Lutheran Aged Care has developed a strong reputation within the region. The respect we are pleased to enjoy comes from a passion to provide a superior level of care, high quality services and the warm and caring lifestyle our aged care services we provide for clients and residents. It is our pleasure to meet the individual and specific needs of all of residents and support a positive and meaningful lifestyle for each and every one in our Albury retirement villages.

All units are either 2 or 3 bedrooms in design and built to specific standards with no steps within the unit or surrounding pathways, handrails in key areas and accessible bathrooms.

Each Albury retirement village includes a Community Centre contains a meeting area, lounge with bar, an activities room and kitchen – facilities are available for family or group social occasions.

Pemberton View

Pemberton View retirement village represents a welcoming community just minutes from Albury’s CBD.

The village features 35 units designed for independent living, a community centre with a bar and activities space as well as Grace park, our outdoors area with BBQ facilities – ideal for family and social gatherings.

Our units are designed to support an easy and comfortable lifestyle. Each has 2 or 3 bedrooms, level access and the provision for handrails and supports.

Nicholson Park

Set within peaceful, scenic grounds, Nicholson Park retirement village is a perfectly considered, secure community environment to enjoy your retirement within.

The village comprises 17 units designed for independent living, a community centre and village park. Each unit features 2 or 3 bedrooms and an intelligently created level entry space with the option to include handrails and assistance fixtures when required.

The Community Centre celebrates connected living with a meeting area, lounge, bar, activities room and kitchen facilities, perfect for family or group social occasions.
