DELLACOURT EXTENSION

• Dellacourt is a 92 bed "ageing in place"facility. But there is a problem - we can only provide ageing in place for some residents and often, many needed to move to a high care facility.
  Solution: Build a high care facility into Dellacourt. And we did.
  
  So a 30 bed high care section is nearing completion and in late September some residents from the existing Dellacourt will move into the high care section. They can still meet their Dellacourt friends in Ganite Hall for activities or simply have their friends drop in to visit. The staff they interact with will be known to them and their manager is an "old friend".
  
  They will be joined by people from the community who seek quality high care services.

NICHOLSON PARK

• 17 independant units are currently being consructed to provide an intimate environment adjacent to Dellacourt. This project will be nearing completion by June 2010 with the first residents moving in September this year.

EMILY GARDENS AT THE ROCK

• Thank you to everyone who helped bring this project from "dream" to "reality". The facility is up and running with very positive feedback from the local community, residents and their families and our staff.
  We look forward to providing great care at Emily Gardens for many years to come.

"JACARANDA" RESPITE HOUSE

• The respite house project is in planning stag. The aim is to build a 10 bed respite house that seeks to address many of the issues associated with residential respite care, particulary for people living with dementia. Without having a go, we will never know!
